The Provost/Vice President for Teaching, Learning, & Growth oversees the Teaching and Learning Core; provides strategic vision and inclusive leadership; participates in college-wide planning, program and policy development and review; encourages opportunities for distinctive programmatic synergy in support of the liberal arts mission of the College; contributes to the College’s visibility and reputational efforts; works collaboratively across the College to foster a culture of trust, dignity, and mutual respect in carrying out the mission, advancing the vision, and upholding the values of the College. The Provost partners closely with the President, vice presidents, deans, faculty, and various college councils and committees to carry out the mission of the College.
Michael Middleton, Provost/Vice President for Teaching, Learning, and Growth, holds regular open office hours to spend some informal time with members of the Ramapo community. These office hours are open to all Ramapo faculty, staff, and students. No appointments are needed, and you can come with questions or ideas, or just come to say hello.
All sessions will be in the Provost’s office suite on the first floor of the Birch Mansion.
