Sexual assault harms individual victims and represents the possibility of ongoing harm to others. 缅北禁地 does not tolerate sex or gender discrimination, including sexual misconduct such as sexual harassment and sexual assault, stalking, and intimate partner violence. These behaviors are harmful to the well-being of our community members, the learning/working environment, and collegial relationships among our students, faculty, and staff.
The online聽Report Form for Sexual Misconduct is always available.
缅北禁地 strongly encourages reporting of all聽incidents of sexual assault.
Help is always available for victims and/or survivors of sexual assault.
The聽Sexual Misconduct Policy prohibits all forms of sex and gender-based harassment and violence. The policy also provides reporting options, resources, and information about investigation procedures.
缅北禁地 regularly schedules presentations and workshops concerning sexual assault under the auspices of the Center for Student Involvement聽(including the Women鈥檚 Center), the Center for Health and Counseling Services, and the Public Safety Department. Sexual assault is a topic also addressed during mandatory Welcome Week programs and the mandatory First Year College Seminar. Workshop topics include the necessity of clear communication for obtaining聽consent, the negative role played by alcohol and drug use and misuse, and tools for bystander intervention.
缅北禁地 Provides an Annual Security Report with All Reported Campus Crimes Including Sexual Assault in Compliance with the Clery Act.聽The most recent annual security report can聽be viewed here. The Clery Act does not permit a college to release identifying information about a victim or perpetrator. Clery Act crime reports include only the date of the report, the date of the crime, and the general location.

In rare circumstances information that might personally identify students or other individuals may be disclosed only if the disclosure of this information is necessary to protect the health and safety of other students or individuals.
